We designed our earrings to last a lifetime. Literally. If at any point your earring no longer functions as designed, we’ll make sure to put it right.

1. Are Velourya earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Yes! All Velourya studs are made from ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium — completely nickel-free and hypoallergenic. They’re safe even for the most sensitive ears.

2. Can I sleep in Velourya earrings?

Absolutely 🌙 That’s what makes Velourya different. Our flat-back design means no poking, no pressure, and no irritation while you rest.

3. Will they tarnish or lose their shine?

No. Titanium is naturally tarnish-resistant and waterproof, so your Velourya studs will stay brilliant through showers, workouts, and daily wear.

4. How do I put them on?

Each stud has a push-fit flat back. Simply insert the post from behind the ear and push the decorative front until it clicks securely. It’s designed for comfort and everyday wear.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn items within 60 days of delivery in their original packaging. (Due to hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned.)
